Why prices differ

Each state and trade carries a multiplier set by how many active contractors are on the board versus open jobs. Multipliers are reviewed monthly and shown before you publish.

Not included

Background checks, contracts, escrow, payroll or dispute handling. Crew is a lead board, not a staffing agency.

Refunds

A lead whose phone number is dead within 48 hours is credited back. Everything else is final.
